Our Ever-Expanding Test Menu…
We have a continually expanding drugs of abuse test menu which includes an unrivalled range of new psychoactive substances, stimulants, analgesics and sedatives. Our significant reinvestment in Research and Development allows Randox Toxicology to develop more assays with relevant values and optimise them for best performance in a variety of matrices. Offering excellent cross-reactivity and unrivalled limits of detection.
As more and more new designer drugs are appearing on the toxicology landscape, Randox Toxicology is constantly working to develop new tests to detect these, such as our NPS I and NPS II panels, testing for designer fentanyls including carfentanil and opioids.
We understand that not all our Biochip Arrays will suit every customer. With this in mind, we give our customers the opportunity to create their own custom arrays.
Using our patented, award winning Biochip Array Technology you have the freedom to design your own array that is created specifically to suit your laboratory needs, removing the cost of unnecessary testing.
Available on our Evidence series, you can select specific drug and drug analytes tests, allowing a full test profile from a small sample volume.
We also provide highly sensitive ELISA kits for the rapid detection of drugs and metabolites in various biological specimens, with results providing excellent correlation with confirmatory methods. An ELISA is a test which uses antibodies to detect the presence of a substance. Our 96 well microtiter plate is supplied pre-coated with an antibody. If the drug being tested is present in the sample, it will compete with the horseradish peroxidase enzyme labelled antigen for a limited number of antibody sites on the microtiter plate. Results are produced based on an enzymatic colour change.
